Terms and Conditions

Scope

These terms and conditions apply to the use of Schlaue Schule, operated by innovizr.team UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Franklinstr. 14, 10587 Berlin.

Scope of Services

Schlaue Schule provides schools with a platform for consent forms, parent lists, messages and notifications. The contract is with the school, not with individual parents.

Conclusion of the contract

The contract comes into effect upon activation of access.

Prices and Payment

The prices published at the time of ordering apply. Payment is due in advance for the selected period.

Term and termination

The contract is for an indefinite period and may be terminated at the end of the relevant billing period.

Availability

We endeavour to ensure uninterrupted service. We will give notice of any maintenance windows.

Liability

We shall be liable without limitation in cases of wilful misconduct and gross negligence, as well as in the event of injury to life, limb or health. In all other respects, we shall only be liable in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, and such liability shall be limited to the damage typical for this type of contract.

Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the data processing agreement with the school.

Applicable law

German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, insofar as permitted by law.
